FIRST CONSULTATION AND FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION

During the first consultation (about 1 hour) we talk about your past food experiences, your habits, your history, your pathologies if there are any, your expectations, your goals, etc. This analysis will allow me to set up a food program adapted to… YOU!

To get a clear idea of your diet, before the first consultation I ask you to keep a food diary. You can download and complete it now.

As our meetings progress (about 30 minutes) I will give you the keys to get there. Follow-up is essential to make adjustments, to set progressive goals, to follow your progress and to maintain your motivation.

At home : 5€ to 15€ depending on location.
